Monochromatic Card using Ornate Style

I am sharing Monochromatic card using the Annual Catalogue early release Ornate Style Stamp Set. I used Balmy Blue and the Whisper White Card Stocks for today's card.

Base Card Balmy Card: 27.9 cm by 21cm (Cut at half on 21cm side @ 10.5 cm , scored and folded at half on 14.9cm )
First Layer Whisper White: 9.5 cm by 13.9 cm ( 2 Pieces- One for Inside)
Balmy Blue: 9.2 cm by 13.6 cm ( Second Layer )
Whisper White: Large scallop Rectangle Die ( 7.5 cm wide )
Whisper White: 2 cm by 7.5cm ( for sentiment )
Balmy Blue: 2.5 cm by 10.5 cm ( Inside )

Measurements in Inches:

Base Card Balmy Card: 8.5" by 11"(Cut at half on 8.5" side @ 4 1/4 inches, scored and folded at half at 5.5" )
First Layer Whisper White: 3 3/4" by 5 Inches ( 2 Pieces- Layering and one for inside)
Balmy Blue: 3 5/8" by 4 7/8" ( Second Layer )
Whisper White: Large scallop Rectangle Die ( 2 7/8" wide )
Whisper White: 3/4" by 2 7/8" ( for sentiment )
